Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel - Lake Buena Vista

I was there for 1 night and ate at poolside restaurant for lunch and breakfast. A roll-in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. I found the hotel's location great and perfect, right by several restaurants, theme park and Downtown Disney....

A standard king room with a balcony has basic facilities you need.

Great staff and location, a fine stay on a nice vacation. Accommodating and polite staff with good manners. Stunning location to everything in orlando and very very nice area.

The bathroom was dirty, I didn't like it.

The hotel is also perfectly situated just a short distance from Epcot and the lively Marketplace.

I have one remark related to your services. I received a package from Amazone, that was stored in the Fedex office. Upon receiving my package, I had to pay 10 USD. I do not understand why a hotel of magnitude of Marriot, should outsource such a task (of retaining momentarily clients packages) to Fedex. And even if so, why do I have to pay 10 USD? The money is not the issue, its a matter of principles.

We were there for the salsa congress .the accomodation was just fine.i like that they provided water for all the classes and the staff was vey helpful I believe that the Marriott orlando worls...  

Had a great time at this spot! The pool area was amazing, super fun for everyone, plus we loved grabbing coffee from Starbucks right in the lobby!

Location

I had problems with my reservation. Then I was given a room which had guests in it. It was a unpleaseant experience for them and for us upond opening the door. No apologies from the hotel.

Great beds, but thats about it. Oh, and they have starbucks :)

Wifi is expensive & parking is expensive. Pool area weren't even close to meeting our expectations (much better getting a cheaper hotel and use the extra cash to buy tickets to water parks). Weren't able to accept my credit card, had to find a atm to get cash. Parking is a long walk! We stayed in the north tower and they had poorly with parking space there. Laundry area did not have a working money changing machine and also did not have washing machines that shows water degrees. If you like a good view you must get on the same side as the pool area, the other side has nothing to offer + a lot of noise from the buildings below. If this was a cheap hotel these things would not be cons, but considering what it costs each night I was definitly expecting more. So far in our 1 month in usa this is the worst hotel, but at least we slept good :)

Parking cumbersome and expensive (need to take a shuttle or walk for 5-7 min). Cost 14$/day. Same cost for internet per day. Probably standard for these hotels, but annoys me that it is not included in a room that costs 300$/night.

excellent staff, high level of customer service; comfortable bedding; close to main attractions (universal, disney).

The staff is really good, especially Jemie's hospitality, which stood out . Celebrating my birthday here was made even more special with thoughtful gestures from the staff, including a room credit. The pool area is excellent, and despite occasional crowds, the atmosphere remained relaxing. Parking is quite a trek from the hotel, and resort fees can add up quickly.
